What Is New Build Snagging?

New build home snagging is a survey that is undertaken on your new property before or after you have moved in. It is undertaken to identify any faults or work not meeting the approved standards or tolerance's.

It is vital that faults are identified as soon as possible so that your builder can correct them, preventing more damage from being caused,

  • Sealant applied incorrectly causing water damage

  • Roof space not insulated correctly

  • Damaged doors or windows

  • Leaking pipes

  • Extractor fan ducts missing/not connected

  • Poor standard of joinery

All of our Inspectors are CSCS cardholders which is a requirement to access a new build housing site. We have a vast experience of constructing new homes from footings to completion as well as managing contracts in over twenty years of experience each.
